Three plots, located in the South of Anguix, form the base of this wine: Camino Viejo, trained in Cordon-style, about fifty years old vines, and Morris and Otero, both trained in classical bush-style, both much older. All gets completed by selected grapes from other plots. The yields are low, on average there are 3.500 kg/ha.
