The estate has a calcareous clayey soil with sandy silt, which becomes more compact in the upper area of the vineyard.

CLIMATE:

Cold and dry winter and abundant rains in spring delay sprouting and fruit set, the warm temperatures in summer and the high night contrasts at the end of the cycle help to achieve a good phenolic maturity of the grapes.

VINEYARD:

In Anguix, Valdepalacios plot (1 ha). 80-year-old goblet vineyard, south-facing slope with a production of 3,500 kg/ha.

October 4, 2018. Manual, in 15kg boxes, destemmed, fermented with native yeast and macerated for 14 days.

BREEDING:

The malolactic fermentation is run in oak-barrels. In these barrels the wine afterwards ages during fourteen months
