A really cold winter caused some delay of the shoot. In the summer the high temperatures brought huge differences of temperature between day and night, the phenolic ripening resulted very well.
In Anguix, from the selection of grapes from several plots, Otero, Morris, Camino Viejo planted in goblet, with more than 60 years and productions of 3,500 kg/Ha.
On October, 6th, 2018. Grapes are picked manually, strongly seected, de-temmed. The must ferments by only the yeast of the grapes. Over-all maceration period: twelve days.
It makes the malolactic in French oak barrels and continues its aging for 14 months.
