A really cold winter caused some delay of the shoot. In the summer the high temperatures brought huge differences of temperature between day and night, the phenolic ripening resulted very well.
In Anguix, Valdepalacios plot (1 ha) 80-year-old goblet vineyard, south-facing slope with a production of 3,500 kg/ha.
September 22, 2020. Manual, in 15 kg boxes, destemmed, fermented with native yeast and macerated for 8 days.
The malolactic fermentation is run in oak-barrels. In these barrels the wine afterwards ages during four months on its fine lees.
